FB Fit R2 Check in (week 4)

Hi everyone, how are you doing? How has your week been?

I am currently enjoying my rest day as the last day of week 4 of Fit Round 2. I can't believe I'm already halfway through this program! Before starting it I was a little worried about the length, committing to 2 months seemed a lot, but time just flies by!

I liked this week, it included a few different training styles like pure strength training, one super hard HIIT workout, pilates...

And I actually managed to do far better than I expected for the level 5 HIIT workout (52 mins only HIIT!). I did sweat A LOT and it definitely was super tough but I didn't die 😃 And I only had to do the lower impact version for a few exercises (eg jumping lunges and about half of the burpees) but I did the high impact version of a lot of exercizes like high knees for all six sets.

Now I am excited to start week 5 and see what it holds for me.

I can already tell that I will do this programm again, just not back to back. I want to do a few of the FB Plus Challenges first and also do FB Strong which I purchased during the discount as well.
