Giving up on FBSweat

I have been doing the programs FB Strong and FB Sweat in alternating weeks but after feeling the need to take a week break halfway through. I then tried to get back in where I left off on a Sweat HIIT day and only barely made it to the water break (with low impact mods) before quitting. I never really liked HIIT and so I feel Sweat is just too much for me. I will continue on with the last 2 weeks of Strong as there is not much HIIT I have to suffer through.

I have done FBLIR2 and loved that, are there any other programs that are low on the amount of HIIT that you can recommend I do next?
