Low Impact Round 2, or Bodyweight Round 1 or 2?

I only have one workout left to do on Low Impact Round 1, and I still haven't decided what to do after I finish that program. I bought Abs Round 2, but I'm thinking about doing at least one or two other programs before that to get more in shape since I'm still feeling a lot like a beginner. So, with that being said...

Which one of Low Impact Round 2 and Bodyweight Round 1 or 2 would be best for me now? In which order should I do these if I want to start with the easiest and most beginner friendly? And how do they compare with Low Impact Round 1 that I've almost completed (second time around)?

And, by the way... The challenges in FB Plus, how beginner friendly are they?
