How do the programs work?

Hi, I’m new to Fitness Blender. I am a college student who doesn’t have time to go to the gym everyday. I’m wondering a few things.

1. Are the programs worth it? Are you noticing results if using or should I just try the free videos?

2. If I buy one if the programs, how long do I get access to it?

3. Do I have to workout everyday?
