Forgotten Gems Community Challenge Day 4 Check-in

One two three four five six… Are we there yet? (should have gone to eight to make it rhyme🤨)

Core day people! With a lot of reps. Actually, since I never counted the total amount of reps on any core day so far, 200 might not even be a lot? The videos definitely aren’t long. Of course that doesn’t mean they are easy. We’ll just have to see.

So! Day 4 of the challenge (again a day with an added bonus of sibling videos🥳) is:

31 minute Core

Since it’s a relatively short combo and possibly monotonous, I think I’ll add this short cardio https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/cardio-butt-buster-no-excuses-no-equipment-cardio-workout-at-home in between the two core routines. Needless (without pins) to say I searched among those that fit the theme of forgotten gems.
