5x5x5 videos

Hi Blenders!

Just wanted to pop in and say that I've recently rediscovered the 5x5x5 workouts and I'm loving them, especially for recovery days since they're all low impact. There are 5x5x5 videos for upper, lower and core - which you can throw together for a good total body day in under an hour if you want. I find that they all give a REALLY good burn in a very quick amount of time. The core one especially seems to help me activate my abs in a way that I haven't been able to with some other workouts.

Does anyone else like these low impact/high rep & pulse workouts? Any other videos to recommend? I'm in the middle of FBFit2 so most of my days are planned out but I like getting in a little extra burn on my "day 6" & then doing the recommended stretching workout as well.
