Great new workout

I enjoyed the new "Banded lower body strength with HIIT" video and am happy to say it did NOT hurt my knees! I did some modifying using BOSU during HIIT. I combined this with Daniel's Upper body dumbbell workout, delaying the cooldown on the band workout until after the weights and boy were my arms shaking during the stretch! Good day! Thanks!
