What program do you think packs the biggest punch in terms of highest calorie burn? I hate getting into a program, following the workout schedule diligently, only to find I feel as if I am not maximizing my 40-50 mins of workout time and instead spending it on rather slow moving workouts that yield a far lower lower calorie burn than the video estimates show.
I liked Sweatfest and stopped only a few days short of completing it (first time following all the way through, for me) because I went on a trip. I sweated a lot but found myself supplementing some days with a 45 minute cardio video I like (not FB).
About to start FB Blend and not sure it's what I am going to need to burn fat real fast.
