Forgotten Gems Community Challenge Day 1 Check-in

Hello and welcome to Day 1 of our challenge! And yes, the title that got most votes is Forgotten Gems (with FB Rewind as a close second) so that’s what we’re calling it!

We have a 54 minute Cardio and Upper Body setup for today:

The main video is in my favorites but I have no recollection of it, and of course I don’t because I completed it only once, 5 years ago! A one-hit wonder😁 Let’s see if it survived the test of time. How about you, is it new to you or you know it/ vaguely remember?

I think I’m gonna add another total body cooldown because the video does have cardio and not just upper (forgot about that when I made the schedule🙃)
