Can't stand total body strength training

Hey fb community,

Recently I've just started a new program, fb abs, to reach my goals. I've seen that every week there's three core intensive days and 2 "other" days that usually have strength training, light cardio, etc. The problem is that for the majority of the program, it looks like the strength routines are total body ones. I've found that in the past total body routines are very hard for me to complete; I get really tired, and feel bad knowing that I can't lift enough to challenge my legs properly (for example, deadlift + fly means a low weight). I'm not sure why these routines are more difficult for me - I wish I could enjoy them more, but I don't. Should I substitute these total body routines for other strength training videos? Or should I just push through?

Thanks so much everyone!
