🌞S.S.F.🏖 Week 5 Check-In (May 31st-June 6th!)

We have officially made it half way through our 8 weeks! I'm sorry for the delay in posting. This week has been rather intense in the United States, and my evenings have been devoted to long and meaningful conversations.

That being said, my workouts were also thrown a bit when I lifted a little too heavy and hurt that same part of my back that I like to hurt every so often. I took an extra rest day and was back to normal afterwards though! I'm really starting to get to know my body through this journey. I know what to modify, and what to avoid.

I finished up Booty Round 2 and Flex! I have seen some major improvements in my arm tone and leg shape. And tomorrow I decided to tackle FB Fit Round 2! I've been nervous to try it, but I think after really working hard to build some muscle and endurance this last month, that I should be able to tackle it.
