FB Strong Complete

I just finished FBStrong and I’m pretty proud of myself!

It’s my third program done, I’ve previously done FbReach and FBAbs 1 together in April. I liked FBStrong, I really enjoyed doing strength training everyday.

I went from 185 pounds to 179, which I am pretty happy about! I haven’t lost any inches, but my body feels more tight and I think a lot of my clothes fits better now.

I’m not sure yet which program I want to do in June yet. I’m hesitating between Bored Easily, Abs 2 and Booty 2.
