How do you deal with "postponed" workouts?

Sometimes I don't complete an extra credit video on the scheduled day but on a later day.

But I don't like unchecked days so I still check it off on the original day. But then I don't like this either because then I can't figure out anymore in which days I actually worked out! Sometimes I extra-schedule the video again in the day that I do it, sometimes I don't.

How do you deal with postponed workouts? Help me figure out the most reasonable way 😅
