Custom Workouts while doing a program

Morning All! I am currently doing Fit30R4. Yesterday I had an upper body/hit scheduled, but played over an hour of tennis instead. Today, its a cardio/core scheduled. I am going on a 2hour cycle with a friend (perfect social distance activities!). I'm curious what others do...would you just mark the day complete, and not do the scheduled workout, or would you still do the workout, or would you reschedule them?
