Started FB Strong today

Hi everyone! I hope everyone is finding the season of the year pleasing and filled with activities even if staying indoors.

I started FB Strong today am I am exciting to commit to this. I also committed to at least 30 min of cardio a day in addition to the program, whether its trail running or mountain biking.

I had scarified working out for a bit because I dived in deep into starting a candle business as an extension of my art business. I worked from waking up, until dinner and sleep. It was worth it, but at the same time, I wish I had still competed even just 15 min workouts. Stress relief is one of my main reasons for working out. Being healthy mentally and emotionally contributes so much to being healthy physically. I feel bloated and my jeans are a little tighter, and it was a wake up call that I need to re-commit to taking care of myself, and being there for me.

I look at this as a way of loving myself. And proving to myself that I am worthy of this commitment!
