I recently did a FB program for the first time and loved it! I would like some variety in upper body workouts and was wondering if Daniel or Kelli would consider making videos using TRX straps (or knockoffs) or even gymnastics rings. I already have a way to put them in my ceiling, and I've heard from others there's a simple solution involving a door frame too. I love using them in the gym for rows, chest press, etc but I always feel that the FB folks are better at designing balanced upper body workouts than I am. And now that we're all stuck inside it seemed like a fun way to mix it up. Thanks for listening, and love the site!
