You can see the number of times I've tried to complete this programme before 😄
Although I own several FB programmes, this is the first one I've completed cover to cover. Did almost all the extra credits too. Some days were tough and I had to modify; some days that looked tough turned out to be surprisingly doable as my stamina grew with every week of the programme. For the first time, I attempted and completed 5/5 difficulty workouts.
I have traditionally been a high-flexibility low-stamina person but I think Bodyweight 2 has massively increased my stamina, created noticeable definition in my thighs and legs where earlier there was virtually none, and most importantly helped me manage my precarious mental health through this difficult period.
A neat little variable to add to the mix was the temperature, which has been between 35 and 40c throughout this programme - some days the sweat made it feel like bikram yoga (but with K&D instead of bikram, thankfully 😉)
My workout has consistently been the best part of my day and something I look forward to.
