Recommended Exercises for Lower back?

I have been on FB for a few weeks now, and I am already feeling a bit of progress! But, I have some problems... I have an anomaly in my lower back (I can't remember what exactly is the problem) I have been slumping a lot lately, being that my favorite thing to do is sit, do school, crochet, read, and sew. None of which are active things! I am looking for some good exercises to help me with my slumping back. I have done a few upper body exercises and a few short lower back. I am NOT feeling motivated to get up and exercise in the mornings, it has become a duty. I so far have kept as far from sweating as I can, (I hate that slimy feeling) and I haven't exercised for over 15 minutes yet. But, I hope to feel more motivated soon! Does anyone have any exercises that they would recommend for back strengthening? Thank you so much!
