FB Plus

As an FB Plus member, curious if there will ever be a pure Level 5 Workout Program created? No modifications as an option, just a straight up.... “this will be VERY hard, accept knowing you’ll really be kicking ass” throughout.” Since this is my dream, I get to pick what “torture,” so I most definitely would choose Strength Training combined with about 5-10 minutes of HIIT or brutal Cardio before the lifting. My dream also includes different strength moves.

Been with FB for over 2 years. It has changed my life and I have completed several programs. When “new” exercises are incorporated, I’m happy, yet wonder why there not more, ie, split lunges, goblet squats, etc. And yes... I have completed FB Mass and FB Strong.

Anyway, just an idea I had. Happy Memorial Day Blenders,
