FB Sweat, Fit, Bodyweight, & Strong suggestions for sequence

FB Sweat, Fit, Bodyweight, & Strong (and Abs) are programs I bought. Just finished FB Sweat. 🤗

Any suggestions on which order to do these programs, including any repeats? My fitness goals are to lose weight (10-15 lb) and gain muscle. My weakest areas are core and arms, but mostly abs. I already do yoga regularly through a studio.
