Today we wanted to highlight FB Fit - Round 2, which is an 8-week program designed to help you lose fat and build muscle.

The program provides 8 weeks of day-by-day guidance in the form of curated, sequenced workouts aimed at making the most of your time spent working out.

Many of our users who’ve dedicated themselves to eating well and following the program have been able to realize reduced body fat, increased lean muscle, improvements in body tone, and gains in endurance, strength, and flexibility.

So, for $6, you can purchase a program that will provide you two months of guidance; and since each of our programs are yours to keep after purchase, you can use the program as many times as you want.

We're trying to introduce our full programs to as many people as possible, so that they can benefit from the structure of a carefully-designed workout plan. And who couldn't benefit from some structure in their lives, right?
