Day 33 of fbfit. I do workouts 5 days a week from about 50 minutes a day. I give it all I have got. I notice stronger abs and arms, I feel muscles in my legs and most important for me: 1 cm of my belly. Thats what I am doing it for. Did not change a lot in my eating habits but no more snacks late night.
