Pilates to the rescue!

Hi all

So today I had scheduled this;

It's a great workout. But today I woke up tired and had a low level headache. I managed to check in with myself and just knew I would really struggle (and not in the good way) plus I would likely cheat!

But I am on a mission to be consistent, to do something most days of the week. So I did this;

I think this workout is my savior! 30 mins, gentle cardio that you can easily ramp up and with the aid of bands you get a real deep burn from the pilates (which I love!) that said today the best bit was the stretch. I really drifted off with it and I swear my background anxiety just shut up!(and I feel less tired) Anyway, just wanted to highlight in case anyone else maybe hasn't come across this one and might like it.

I think Dr's should prescribe FB!
