I shall be completing fb 30 next week and was planning on which program to start next. I still have a lot of subcutaneous fat and a flat abdomen is not really a realistic immediate goal. It got me thinking that should I even try fb abs when I need to work more on over all body loss rather than core strengthening ? Because core workouts don’t really burn that many calories and 3 times a week may not serve the purpose of fat loss..
any thoughts ? Is it fbabs worth doing only after reaching a healthy body fat percentage ? Or not ?
