Hey everyone. I'm collecting info on how everyone selse has responded to the Fb30 programs. I'm currently on the end of Week 6 of Round 1 and I'm not experienceing any kind of specific muscle soreness, but I am experiencing general body lethargy. For examply. I'm pushing myself on lifting, its always a struggle to complete the final reps with good form, but I'm not getting any specific muscle soreness the next day, just sort of a dull overall body exhaustion. Do I need to lift even heavier? Check my form? Or have other people experienced this on the FB 30 programs; is the body reaction different bc they're short workouts? Thoughts?
