Baby steps back to fitness 6-months post-partum!

I just recently joined FB, through a recommendation from a friend. I had a baby six months ago and am now keen on getting my fitness back. Just wondering if anyone here has any tips or advice on how to get started. What program to pick? How to fit work-outs in a very, very busy schedule? How to manage lack of sleep and tiredness?
