Happy Self-care Sunday to Everyone,

My self-care was going to bed a little earlier last night and sleeping in this morning. Waking refreshed and renewed for the day.

Thought for the Day:

"Forgiving myself, or another, the survival centre of my brain stops releasing stressful chemicals in my body. I can now let go the past, and with it anger, guilt, and sadness. I can live more fully in the richness of the expression of life. "
