Question on scheduling

I’m doing FB Reach right now. Loving it! My question is about the rest days. Day six was optional, but then my Sunday has nothing and Monday is day seven. As many of you know. 🙂

I also know rest days can also include stretches and the like, not always meaning no workouts on those days.

Because of this, would it be okay to reschedule Reach to cut out those off days? And then reschedule it as my body needs for the off days? I wouldn’t likely do this for any other program that isn’t mainly about stretching. Thoughts?
