Change workout sequence

I wasn't sure where to post this- please do let me know if I've put the query in the wrong place.

I'm diabetic (diagnosed at age 4, it runs in my family on my mother's side) and have exercised regular for years to help minimize the needed insulin intake. As we are working out from home now, I have fallen in love with Fitness Blender and purchased the "Bodyweight - Round 2" so I wouldn't have to think about what workout to do the next day (and support FB! The trackers on my dashboard, filter to choose videos, lack of music, and easy explanations are AMAZING).

My question is this: Is there a way to change the sequence of videos inside of a program? I can do a rest day after a couple of more intense days, but if I do two rest days in a row it changes my metabolism enough that by the end of the second day that I need to increase my insulin dosage. I have not found an easy fix to this, so if you have a suggestion, I am all ears!
