Hey FB community
I'm on the second run through of the meal plan. I'm now also halfway through FB Strong, which I purchased in the lockdown sale. My goodness, I can't actually get over how much value for money this is. Having the workouts scheduled for me in the calendar is so convenient and, my goodness, the motivational tips are a joy to read and give me an oomph when needed.
I'm mum to an 8 month old and have been recovering from a C-section and prolonged pelvic pain. The fact that I am able to complete these workouts pain free is a huge milestone for me. So, I'm pumped on an endorphin rush from a completed workout and just wanted to share that! 😁
FB is so much better than the gym, for sure!
