About Reach - need help

Hello everyone,

I'm back after a while and I'm looking for advices!

I'm thinking to start Reach again, along with some strength training days (4 x week).

I know Reach has many pilates days (which I love) and I'm worried that maybe doing Reach + 4 strength training days a week is going to be too much? What do you think? Many thanks in advance!!
