Hey everyone! I am new to FB, been using the workout videos for about a week now. I have already noticed that I feel more and more energized after working out! I was inspired to start working out because of my upcoming wedding, but had no idea where to begin! Luckily for me, a friend recommended Fitness Blender! I love it so far, but am one to get discouraged for not seeing results right away... Thoughts??... 4 months till the wedding!!
