Program complete

I just completed fb low impact r1. I feel so good right now because I stayed consistent and completed a whole program. I first came across fb in 2012 and since then I have on again off again relationship with workouts and fitness. At start of this year, when I was at my worst ever fitness wise I logged into my fb account and I had so much regret of wasting all those years and not taking my health seriously. But later on I decided regret wont get me anywhere so I decided to work on my fitness again. I started working out in March and started low impact program in mid April. I am positive that this time I am here to stay. I want to turn my regret into opportunity so that this time next year I will look back and be proud of my journey.

I am starting low impact 2 tomorrow.
