Paid Programs

Hi all,

Do the paid programs encompass the full variety of upper body, lower body, core and cardio through the duration of the weekly/monthly program. I like to rotate what I'm focusing on from day to day and I wondered if these programs are set up that way? Also, they seem to be difficulty 3-5. I would prefer 4 or 5 only. Do you know of one that's harder than others? Thanks!
