Strength Training Programs

Hey everyone! I have always been a huge fan of strength training, so Strong was the perfect program for me. I plan to start it again soon! I’m currently on week 2 of Sweat, and as can be expected - there is soooo much cardio! 😅

I have seen a lot of comments from like minded people who LOVED the Strong program, so my question to you is: have you found any other programs that consist of mostly strength training? I’ve read that FB Flex is upper body, and Mass has shorter strength workouts, so those may be added to my shopping cart soon. I look forward to hearing what other Strong fans have moved on to! 💪
