How do I achieve this aim?

Hello fitness blender Community....I am a sixteen year old kid trying to loose weight and build muscles..I have seen a couple of your videos on how to start ..I’m still confused ..I see a lot of videos that people post and they also talk about different things..I’m really confused on how to count calories,what to eat ,when etc.I feel like I’m not making any progress ..I need some advice and help but I don’t have the means...I was just hoping if you could please give some advice to help me ..
