Substituting or Skipping a Workout During Travel


Good morning!

What do y'all like to do when you are travelling and want a no-equipment workout to accommodate? Do you do an independent workout and then go back to the last scheduled program day upon return? Or do you substitute with the independent workout and skip those corresponding days in the program? e.g. I will be out of town for day 38 of FB Fit this weekend, which is a kettlebell workout. I'm trying to decide between an independent workout that day and do the kettlebell workout when I get home; or keep moving on, skipping the assigned day 38 workout?
