I've been doing FB workouts for about 2 years now, but less than a year ago I picked up road cycling and have got really into it. I was looking for a program that I could do, whilst also cycling about 3 times a week (probably more in the summer).
Has anyone done this program alongside running/cycling? Do you find it tires your legs out too much?
Also, what sort of workouts are they? Mostly cardio or mostly strength? I would prefer to do more strength workouts because I do plenty of cardio on the bike!
