Adding in FB Reach

I'm less than 1 week away from completing my 3rd program! Low Impact Rounds 1 & 2 and now FB Strong! I intend to start FB Sweat next week because I want to work on my cardio endurance. I'm looking forward to something new. However, I also want to stretch more often, so I also have FB Reach on the mind. I was wondering if FB Reach could be done in parallel to FB Sweat/any other programs or if it's best done as a standalone program. What are your thoughts?
