just have one question.
what all weights do you recommend for a conservative dumbbell set, i am not into fitness that much to so dont see a use investing in
expensive adjustable dumbell sets like powerblock. however, to mantain a habit, i was thinking of buying 2kg,3kg,5kg and 7kg dumbbells. would like to know what you all use(except powerblocks or adjustable dumbbells )as a point of reference. i dont want anything elaborate. thanks . :)
