Which one is more bang for the buck!

Hey everyone!

I just finished FB 30. (Yay!)

I will be starting a new program on Monday, and I can’t decide which one to do.

I have purchased both “sweat” and “bored easy”. I’ve finished both of them in the past, but now I’m wondering if anyone knows which one is a “better” program.

Is there one that really makes changes faster, more noticeable....that sort of thing.?
