Ladies! Input Please

Hi, im asking for ladies input because I need workouts that help give the illusion of an hourglass body.

I am very quad dominant and I am currently working on FB BOOTY. However, I seem to not be seeing any differnce in my hips. I know there is no way to drasticlly change my hips due to the way my body is built. But I would like to work that muscle and give the illusion that I have hips. I have searched for many lower body targeted workouts but not have found many that work my hips/side booty. I have also incorporated ab workouts and upper body to further my progress, because I am well aware that can also contribute to the hourglass shape. But I really would like to work that muscle!!!

Do you guys have any saved which you have noticed works that muscle a lot and definelty leaves it sore?
