Spacing of rest days

Hi everyone. I'm new to the FB Programs (love it) and I am not used to pacing a home workout schedule.

I put a program into my calendar and it gave me one active rest day with a back to back total rest day. I plan to walk (maybe do yoga) those days for active rest. Is that the best way to pace the week? My goal is to build muscle & break a weight loss plateau which is turning into a slow gain during quarantine, if that changes anything. :)
