Over-working question...

Hello!

I have been doing one of the eight week workouts and I'm on week 3, it was going great until yesterday. I did a cardio kickboxing workout and afterward I felt awful, which is not normal for me as I love cardio. After the stretch I felt sore and nauseated. Today a HITT and Abs routine was scheduled and by the end of the warm up I felt awful again, by the 4th exercise I felt super nauseated and had to stop. I did a full body stretch instead and all of my muscles feel super tight. Has anyone else experienced this before? Did I over-workout? Should I just stretch the next couple days or should I keep trying to go with the program? Normally if I'm sore I can just jump into the next workout and feel great but this time I'm feeling worse... Advice is appreciated!
