Hey guys, I was going strong for two months straight working out. I was motivated, and excited to get my workouts done. I decided to switch to a harder program to build more muscle (FB strong) and completed the first week every second day (my muscles were very sore). I got to the last day of the week and just got it done because I "had" to, and didn't enjoy it.
I've been putting off week two for 4 days now and my question is - should I switch to a different program if I'm not enjoying it or keep pushing through?
It is a great workout program but I enjoy more pilates based workouts with weight training once a week rather than daily.
Should I switch programs?
