What to do when you can't do some exercises in the workouts?

Hey everyone!

I wanted to reach out to the FB community for your advice on what I should be doing when I am doing a workout and I cannot do the specific exercise that we are working on?

I am a beginner with great lower body strength and very little upper body strength. I find with some exercises I can only do 2-5 of it (which I know is still good because I new) but theres some exercises I cannot do even though I push myself (due to my weight/size, I'm physically not strong enough or flexible enough).

I feel like if I stop or walk in place that I am not getting the best workout I can.

Any suggestions on what I should do when I find myself in a pickle like this?
