Hi, Blendfriends! Today is all about togetherness, so I'll make this thread more about you. 😊

I don’t live with the notion I have to burn what I eat, I hate the smell of the burnt food. 🤣 I’m off the track now. As I said, we need good nutrition even when resting, so today I’ll eat (apparently plenty😅) and rest. P.S. I’m going for a run tomorrow as a part of my PFT, so I went for a walk to mark my route, so on the pic is part of it.
