What next?

I cant decide what next. Help! 😊 I've a weight training background. Finished FB strong and loved it. In the middle of Flex/Booty combo and really enjoying it. Tempted to try Bodyweight to change it up a little but fear I might lose strength gains?? Any advise here? or should I go for FB Fit or Mass to keep the lifting going? Dont mind abit of HIIT but not more than 30%. do any of the other programs incorporate strength and 30% or less HIIT. I like to train 5-6 times a week for 40-50 mins. thanks !!
