FB SWEAT-Check In

I have completed week one of the Sweat program, including the extra credit exercises and optional day. I feel great! I appreciate that the workouts are different everyday. Ive been eating mostly clean and I have cut back on how many times I eat out(ordered out twice, sushi and ramen mmm). I am very satisfied with this program so far. I look forward to next week and the next week, etc. I just wanted to check in. I hope everyone is enjoying their weekend!
