Question about rest days?

Hi everyone!

First up, let me say that FB has been an eye-opening experience for me! Being stuck working from home, I wanted to start exercising mostly to get any stress or anxiety out of my system. A month of FB Burn qnd clean eating later, I'm down 4kg (about 8lbs), and feel better than ever. For the next month, I wanted to combine FB Sweat (mornings) + FB Low Impact (afternoon), but I had a question about rest days. Currently the workouts are scheduled 5 days in a row, then one optional day, and then one "off" rest day. I was wondering whether it would be a good idea to split up the rest period, specially since I'm cranking up the intensity? So eg, 3 workout days, one "rest" day", 2 workout days, and the last "rest" day.

Any thoughts on this?
